An Irish measure of this creamy liqueur is added to the fudge, and finished with a grating of white chocolate. (Min 90 grams)
Ingredients: sugar, milk, evaporated milk, butter (milk), golden syrup, glucose syrup, cranberries, white chocolate (2%)(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), irish cream liqueur (1%).
